Discovery & Design
Our discovery & design process begins with an initial consultation to understand your needs and expectations. Followed by an in person on-site visit from one of our knowledgeable project managers. During the visit he/she will be able to address any initial challenges and possible opportunities your home presents. With the information gathered from the consultation and on-site visit our project manager will design a complete solution for your home including complete product lists, schematic drawings if necessary and project timeline.
Project Management
At CH Automation we pride ourselves on service and project management is definitely a service that separates us apart from our competition. All of our project managers have extensive experience in all areas of home audiovisual and automation projects as well as home remodeling, interior design and new construction. So whether your project requires coordination between architects, contractors, interior designers, custom cabinet builders or any other unique vendor our project managers are able to speak their language.
Installation & Programming
We believe all of our CH Automation installation technicians are true craftsmen. All of our technicians are trained and certified in each of their areas of expertise. Furthermore, CH Automation technicians are required to be trained and knowledgeable in all areas of installation and programming. With this level of training, each of our technicians are fully capable to professionally program, install and troubleshoot your equipment in all areas of your project.
